Dear authors of the GIMP
Yes, you put in lots of your time for nothing. Well done. Have a cookie. Now sort out the window management in Windows. Opening dialogs *behind* the image and then disallowing them from moving on top is retarded.

I found GIMP rather tricky to use. Maybe they should've spent more time on the UI and less time on designing mascots. I do my PNG work in GraphicsGale now.

Although GIMP is the only free bitmap editor I know of that has scripting.
